Matt started at Batesford Quarry Feb 2025 and has over 25 years’ experience operating within the construction industry working in the UK, NZ and Australia. Having lived in Australia for 10 years now, Matt has a proven track record of success in selling products and solutions to businesses of all sizes. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and long walks on the beach with his dog Mavis.

Ros has been a valued member of our team for eight years, bringing expertise and efficiency to our Weighbridge operations. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes and is known for her dedication to both customers and colleagues. If you've ever driven a truck into Batesford Quarry, you've likely heard her friendly and professional voice. Outside of work, Ros enjoys live music, outdoor adventures, and maintaining a focus on health and well-being.

Mark has worked at Batesford Quarry for 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the site and surrounding land. During his 10 years as Quarry Manager, he has overseen some large-scale rehabilitation projects, overburden stripping programs and day-to-day production challenges. During his spare time, Mark enjoys fishing and camping with friends and family.

As Quarry Supervisor at Batesford Quarry, Brett Gould brings extensive experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence. His expertise ensures the smooth and efficient management of quarry operations. Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is also a passionate surfer, making the most of his weekends on the waves.
