Give-away Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this contest is Batesford Quarry Pty Ltd, in partnership with Customized Spreading (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents located within 20 kilometres of Geelong, Victoria, aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Batesford Quarry or Customized Spreading are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available on the Batesford Quarry website.

  • Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

  • Entries must be received by 5pm on 09/03/2026. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. Prize Details

  • The prize consists of 24 tonnes of top-quality agricultural lime, including delivery and spreading by Customized Spreading.

  • Delivery is limited to a location within 20km of Geelong, Victoria.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.

  • The draw will take place on 10/03/2026 at Batesford Quarry at 2pm.

  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 1 business days of the draw.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

6. Prize Delivery and Conditions

  • Delivery and spreading will be arranged directly between the winner and Customized Spreading at a mutually agreed time.

  • The delivery site must be safely accessible for heavy vehicles and suitable for spreading operations.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse delivery if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected through this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.

8. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, incomplete entries, or circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
